Why is fitness important?

It’s been too hectic of a few months, with all things happening at a fast pace and all at once.

But coming back to the question. I have always advocated to being active in any sphere - be it swimming , sports , yoga , gym or walk.

I’m back after a long hiatus.

What are some downsides to living in Newfoundland and Labrador (besides the weather)?

For overall well being of yourself - physically , mentally , spiritually.

A recent picture of mine but still my overall health is still the same. Got back to the grind this week!

As I mentioned. I have been really busy since months , I couldn’t follow my diet or exercise regime in a consistent manner which I like but still my body respected it and it still is the same with no side effects of sleepless nights, workload and personal obligations.

How does the media determine which statements made by President Trump to fact-check and which ones to not fact-check?

It keeps you so energised , keeps disease free, happy from within and so much more. The benefits outweigh the one hour sweat you give.

If all the American hundred millionaires and billionaires chipped in a modest 10% of their net worth to provide affordable housing to homeless families and other down and out persons, (like veterans), would this address the housing crisis?
